I’ve been on steroids for my asthma for 7 years. I feel a little bit better than before I was on them but ive gain a lot of weight. Am I on it for too long? My doctor says no.
I also asked my doctor about other options and she said there were no other options.

Allergy season is coming and my asthma will be aggravated, especially when running. Any suggestions on good cardio that I can sustain and keep up my exercise routine much appreciated. FYI: I use Advair.

I have exercise induced asthma and I have trouble breathing when I start to run. I was wondering if anyone knows of something to help me other than medicine. I am pretty out of shape and am hoping it will get better when I get back in shape. I can do the elliptical without a problem but in the nice weather I would love to run outside!

I dont have to money to buy all the medicines. So I decided to take treatment in my Home itself. Anybody tell me the treatment for allergic asthma.
