    it works in long term initially it irritates the breathing ways more practice can make it better of course

    I would exercise but my legs hurt when I do exercise because of arthritis so ild just rather take inhaler

    uhm..if you excersise more ur lung’s will feel bether ;D but i dont think i’ll ever can stopp use the inhaler though..

    I would rather breath through my mouth because breathing through my nose gives me the feeling that i carnt breath
